Management Team
Matt Grossberg, President and CEO:
Mr. Grossberg formed NII Brokerage, LLC in 2002, as an organization of 1 and since that time it has grown into a company with 45 caring, well-trained insurance professionals in over 14 locations in New York State. NII was formed to bring quality service and coverage to both small and large clients alike and combines the necessary resources and products to meet any insurance need our clients may have. NII represents companies such as The Hartford, Progressive, AIG Auto, St. Paul/Travelers, GMAC, Zurich, Encompass, Philadelphia, Seneca, Chubb, and many more. Mr. Grossberg graduated from Emory University with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree with a concentration in Finance.
Todd Yomtov, Chief Operating Officer:
Mr. Yomtov helped develop the sales platform for NII Brokerage when
he joined the team in 2003. Since then NII has become a full
service insurance brokerage firm providing all lines of insurance
to its clients. Our product portfolio consists of Business
Insurance, Health and Group Benefits Insurance, Life and Estate
Planning, and Personal Insurances such as auto and homeowner's Insurance.
Mr. Yomtov Graduated from the University of Indiana with a Bachelor
of Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance.
Lucretia Wren, NY Territory Manager:
Ms. Wren brings a depth of insurance operations knowledge to NII that is second to none. Specializing in personal insurance sales and organizational management, Ms. Wren manages all aspects of NII's 14 locations and is responsible for the training, production, and overall quality of service that NII's 45 insurance professionals deliver to our clients on a daily basis.

6/2007: NII Brokerage Purchases the Assets of RPM Group
I am pleased to inform you that NII Brokerage, LLC has acquired the assets of RPM Group. RPM Group
has a niche writing public libraries and security firms.
By aligning our two organizations we are able offer the full spectrum of products and services to
RPM's clients. Some of these products include:
- Personal Insurance such as Homeowner's, Automobile and Umbrellas Coverage's
- Business Insurance such as General Liability, Property, Workman's Compensation, Product Liability, and Professional Liability
- Life and Disability Insurance
- Estate Planning services including insurance audits and life insurance reviews as well as the design and implementation of a coordinated financial plan for retirement.
- Employee Benefit programs including health insurance, vision, and dental.
